Classic Roof Panel

The Classic Roof Panel is available in Galvalume, and SP (Silicone Polyester) standard colors with a 25 year warranty. Other colors in PVDF are available with a 30 year warranty. Classic Roof Panel comes standard in 26 gauge with 36” coverage (12” Rib Spacing), and 80,000 psi steel. 24 gauge are available upon request. The Classic Roof Panel is screwed down to the purlins and come standard with double sided 1/8” thick mas2c tape at each overlap.

CFR Standing Seam Panel

The CFR Standing Seam Panel is designed to “float” to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. This is accomplished with concealed clips attached to the purlins to allow the roof panels to expand and contract with changes in temperature. The CFR Standing Seam Panel is also ideal for crane buildings which cause a lot of vibrations to a building. The panel is available in Galvalume, and SP (Silicone Polyester) standard colors with a 25-year warranty. Other colors in PVDF are available with a 30-year warranty. CFR Standing Seam Panel comes standard in 24 gauge, 24” panel width, and 80,000 psi steel. This panel offers maximum weather protection.

VR16 II Standing Seam Panel

Perfect for a more architectural look, the 2” vertical rib standing seam roof brings all of the benefits of a floating standing seam roof system. The VR16 II offers the same weather tightness of the CFR standing seam roof, yet it is ideal for hip and valley condi2ons. Panels are installed with concealed fastener clips that allow for thermal movement and mechanically seamed for weather tightness. The panel is available in Galvalume with a 25- year warranty. VR16 II Standing Seam Panel comes standard in 24 gauge, 16” panel width, and 80,000 psi steel. Other colors in PVDF are available with a 30-year warranty. This panel offers maximum weather protection.

Translucent Roof Panels

Translucent Panels are available for the CFR Standing Seam Roof Panels and the Classic Roof Panels. The panels are available in standard 5-‘0” and 10’-0” lengths. The metal portion of the panel comes in Polar White (PW), SP (Silicone Polyester). The translucent part can be insulated or non-insulated. The CFR Translucent Panels are available to fit purlin or joist spacing between 5’-6” or 6”-0” and are hand crimp the full length of the panel. The Classic Roof Translucent Panels are available to fit purlin or joist spacing between 5’-0” or 5”-6” and are field installed with self-drilling screws. Translucent panels are recommended to be installed 15’-0” from the low eave and every for panels.

High Rib Roof Panel – HR3

With the insulation already sandwiched between panels, the insulated panels arrive to your job site in one piece and require one simple step installation. The panel’s overlapping joint is self-aligning and allows for easy sealant applications where the panels join. The insulated panel based roof is energy efficient and saves construction time. The HR3 range in thickness and R Value (2.5” = R-21, 4” = R-33, 5” = R-42 and 6” = R-50). Panels range in length from 8’-0“ minimum to 56’-0” maximum. Metal facing is 26 gauge G-90 galvanized steel in PVDF and is available in 22 gauge and 24 gauge. Panel standard width is 3’-4”.
